When can I pick up my order at your boutique in the Old Port?
You can pick up your order in store as soon as you receive the Order Pickup confirmation email. The preparation time for orders is between 1 and 3 business days for the holiday season only.

Will I be able to issue a refund or exchange if my order was purchased before Christmas as a gift? Bought something before Christmas?
Relax, you have a special 7-day window after Christmas for online return exchange requests. Just make sure your items are as good as new (unworn, unwashed, and not altered). For more information on requirements, please see our return & exchanges policies
