Important shipping information
Our shipping team usually prepares orders within 2–4 business days. However, during busier times of the year (like the holiday season or Black Friday), this processing time may extend to 5–6 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times vary according to destination and carrier.
Please make sure to enter your shipping information correctly at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your parcel will be lost. If the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping fees again to receive it.
Mimi & August is not responsible for delays that might be caused by the carrier. Once the parcels leave our warehouse, they become the carrier's responsibility.
Please note that Canada Post or other carriers do not deliver during weekends. Orders are delivered only on business days.
Delivery, handling and custom charges are non-refundable.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Here is a breakdown of our standard shipping options and rates:
Quebec and Canada
Standard 2 to 6 business days: $9.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $70 before taxes and promotion.
United States (For now, shipments to the United States are on pause due to new regulations)
Standard 5 to 8 business days with tracking number: $15
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and promotions.
International
Standard 6 to 22 business days with tracking number: $25
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and promotion.
Customs fees
If you choose international shipping, customs fees may apply depending on the final destination of your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees to be paid upon receipt of your order.
All shipping charges, including returns, are non-refundable.

I entered the wrong delivery address – what should I do?
It’s important to provide the correct shipping address when ordering, so always double-check before finalizing your purchase. If you realize after placing an order that the address is incorrect, please contact our team immediately at info@mimihammer.com with the following information as soon as possible :
- Email address used for the order
- Order number (starts with MH)
- Correct shipping address
If your package has not shipped yet, we will update the address in our system. However, if the order has already been shipped, neither Mimi & August nor the carrier can change the destination mid-transit. In that case, the package will likely be returned to us by the postal service. Once we receive it back, we can reship it to the correct address, but please note you will need to pay a new shipping fee for the second shipment.
Important: Mimi & August is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders shipped to the wrong address.
