How often do you add new products?

We release new products throughout the year, seasonal scents, limited-edition candles, fresh ceramic pieces, and new card designs. There's no fixed schedule, but we typically have several launches per season. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.
Are new arrivals limited edition?

Many of them are. We produce in small batches at our South Shore of Montreal workshop, and some scents, designs, or collaborations are only available for a limited time. If you see something you love, we recommend ordering sooner rather than later.
Do new arrivals use the same clean ingredients as your other products?

Yes. Every candle, refill, and wax melt in our new arrivals is hand-poured with 100% natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks the same formula we use across our entire collection.
Can I return or exchange a new arrival item?

Our return and exchange policy applies equally to new arrivals. Please visit our Help Center for full details on eligibility and timelines.
Do you ship new arrivals across Canada and internationally?

Yes. New arrivals ship under the same policy as the rest of our store. Free shipping on orders over $70 within Canada, with international shipping available at checkout.

Absolutely. Many customers pair a new candle or ceramic piece with a greeting card, matchbox, or enamel pin to create a personalized gift. We don't offer pre-made gift boxes, but everything ships together in carefully packaged orders.
