It depends on the piece. Our ceramic cups (like the Soft Morning and Douce Matin) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Decorative items like tealight holders, match pots, and candle snuffers are best hand-washed with warm water and a soft cloth. Check each product page for specific care instructions.

Yes. Our ceramic tealight holders are designed to fit standard tealight candles. They also pair perfectly with the tealights included in our discovery kits and seasonal sets.

Yes. Our aromatic ceramic diffuser is designed for use with essential oils or our scented oils. Simply add a few drops of oil to the dish and place a standard tealight candle underneath. The gentle heat will release the fragrance throughout your room, no electricity needed.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted. Each item is designed by Camille Forcherio, and select pieces are made by hand by local artisans so small variations in shape, glaze, and texture are completely normal. These imperfections are what make every item one of a kind.

The striker surface on our ceramic match pots is made from a textured unglazed ceramic strip built into the bottom of the pot. It works with standard strike-anywhere matches. The striker is durable and designed to last through regular use.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but each ceramic piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely. Many of our customers pair a ceramic item with a mini candle and a greeting card to create their own curated gift set.

Place the tealight holder in the freezer for about 30 minutes. The wax will contract and pop out easily. Wipe any remaining residue with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the glaze.
