We’ll be taking a little holiday pause from December 24 to January 5 to recharge and enjoy the season. Here’s everything you need to know during this time.

Can I shop online during the holiday period?
Yes! 🤍 Our online store remains fully open, and you can place orders as usual.
Please note that orders placed between December 24 and January 5 will begin shipping on January 6 📦
When can I expect a response to my email?
Our customer care team will be back on January 5.
All emails received during the break will be answered as soon as we return.
Is the physical boutique open?
Our Mimi boutique will be closed until January 6.

Will returns or exchanges still be accepted?
Yes, no worries. The holiday break period (December 24 to January 5) will be excluded from return and refund deadlines.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and unaltered)
Note: Items purchased on SALE are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, as these were final sale purchases.
