That first day when you open the window and the air smells like gardens again. That's Candle Refill Artea. A dreamy, floral soy wax refill that slips right back into your Mimi & August ceramic cup and fills the room with the delicate sweetness of spring waking up.

Flower petals meet ripe plum and green foliage in a blend that feels like wandering through a garden you've known your whole life but are somehow seeing for the first time. It's soft without being faint, fruity without being sweet, and endlessly comforting.

  • We wanted to create a candle that is as zero waste as possible and that you can reuse its container to the maximum. That's why we are proud to introduce our first Candle Cup! It means that once your candle is totally burnt, wash it so it can become your favorite coffee and tea mug!
      
  • Taking care of your candle is very important. Never leave a candle burning unattended, and keep away from windy spaces.  Plus, a candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. How to take care of your candle

Do I need a specific container to use the Artea candle refill?
The refill is designed to fit all Mimi & August reusable ceramic cups in the matching size. If you don't own a cup yet, our Little Ceramic Nest is a beautiful option — it's handcrafted to hold any of our refills and works as a standalone decorative piece.
What sizes does the Artea candle refill come in?
It's available in 3 oz, 5.5 oz, and 11 oz. Each size matches the corresponding Mimi & August ceramic cup for a seamless fit.
How long will the Artea candle refill last?
The 11 oz burns for approximately 75–80 hours, the 5.5 oz for 35–40 hours, and the 3 oz for 15–20 hours. All refills are made with 100% natural soy wax for a clean, even burn from start to finish.
Can I try a different scent next time without buying a new cup?
That's the whole idea. Once your Artea refill is done, clean the cup and drop in any other scent from our refill collection. Same cup, new fragrance, zero waste.
