Unfortunately, ongoing challenges with Canada Post have forced us to change couriers multiple times, making it harder to ensure timely deliveries.

When Can I Pick Up My Order?
Once you receive your Order Pickup confirmation email, your order will be ready within 1–2 business days.

Already Placed an Order?
If you’ve already ordered and would like to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery, simply email us at info@mimihammer.com, and we’ll update your order quickly to make it happen!

Holiday Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your gifts! For orders placed before Christmas, you have 7 days after the holiday to request an exchange or return. Just make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Note: Items purchased during the Pepito Friday sale are final sale and excluded from this return window.
